Sign is approximately 8.5" wide x 10" tall. The base is 5" . It ships with the base and card holder disassembled. Assembly instructions are included. *****Please note - QR code is NOT engraved. We have found that applying stickers with the QR codes allows for easy updates. Simply print your QR codes on an adhesive sticker, trim to 1.5" square, and apply to the sign inside the code frames.
